If a product comes damaged or broken, you may be eligible for a replacement product. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, a potential refund may be possible depending on the products. COVID-19 may affect which items are eligible for returns. Products that are not eligible for returns or refund include:
+ Archived/Sale products.
+ Custom-made products.
+ Clothing items that have been worn.
Return policy only applies within 3 days of order delivery.
If your order is lost during the delivery process, a claim will be filed with USPS or UPS and half off will be applied to a replacement order. There are no free replacements at this time. One-of-a-Kinds garments lost in the delivery process are not eligible for a replacement.
